Dr. Michael Day joined the Mid-South Baptist Association as Executive Director of Missions, May 1, 2005. Dr. Day came to the Mid-South Baptist Association from the North American Mission Board. Prior to that he served in positions of leadership at the Baptist Brotherhood Commission. He also served as interim pastor of Faith Baptist Church in Bartlett and in churches in Mississippi, Tennessee and Kentucky. more

Dr. Greg Spears serves asChurch Planting Strategist. He was born in Chicago, Illinois and spent his childhood and youth in northeast Arkansas. He served in the United States MarineCorps from 1975 -1983 and was converted to Christ in Manila, Philippines (1982). more

Dr. Mitch Martin serves the Mid-South Baptist Association as Church Leadership Development Strategist. He came to MSBA from Lifeway Christian Resources. Dr. Martin has served as Missions and Leadership Consultant for the Utah-Idaho Southern Baptist Conveniton and as Director of Missions for the Golden Spike Association in Utah. He has pastored churches in California, Washington, Oregon, Utah and Tennessee. more

Grace Atchley came to the Mid-South Baptist Association as
Administrative Assistant after having served with the Baptist
Medical/Dental Fellowship and 25 years with the Baptist
Brotherhood Commission.
She has two children and two beautiful grandchildren.

Julie Binford is the Ministry Assistant for Women's Missionary Union. The WMU Ministry Office is located in the Mid-South Baptist Association office building.
Julie and her husband are the parents of 7 children so she is a very active mom!
